Storage Post in Yonkers, NY has answered alot of my storage needs. I have experienced excellent customer service from the staff, in particular, the manager Anthony. He is always available with whatever i need, and is willing to work with me, to the best of his ability. Anthony knows all his customers, and addresses them by their names. It really makes a difference when you are acknowledged and your needs are met. Excellent customer service skills.

I highly recommend it due to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The facility is indeed very clean and easy to navigate. One potential drawback is that it can be challenging to reach someone for assistance or urgent matters when no one is present in the office, as it may be difficult to locate them while they are moving around the building. I would highly recommend considering them as your storage solution.

Alex at the Yonkers location is really on the ball. He gets the job done whatever it takes and no matter the barriers he has to get through. The heat was in dire need of repairs and he saw to it that it was done. Its considerably warmer withing the building. Could still use a few degrees higher but at least its working. I always see him being ultra friendly with the customers including myself and always on the go getting something accomplished in the building. Its always kept up in great care and clean. I dont think I can say an unkind word about him or that location. Keep up the great work guys!

Love the privacy the entry the process an promotion it’s perfect I should have gotten a slightly bigger unit but that’s my fault

Alex was very courteous, helpful, and accommodating. I ended up needing a much larger unit than the one I had reserved, and he was able to find me that bigger unit without a problem. Thank you so much!

I've been a client at this particular branch for more than three years and personally the staff has given me excellent customer service there .i want to personally say thank you! for Ms Takasha Ross who'o has always been very polite and making me very welcome when i visit the facility and telling me to have a great day always addressing me as mr Glenn although Im okay with Just Glenn not many of us still exercise what our parents taught and im greatfull to that she does thank You! Ms Takasha Ross for your great customer service . MR.Glenn Hagans
