Ms Shaday is exceptional! I am writing this review because of her. When I received an email from Storage Post alerting me to possible flood damage I was really apprehensive. When I went to the office to find out more about the flood damage, I had to wait a few minutes while the attendant (Ms Shaday) spoke with at tenant on the telephone. I was impressed at the way she handled the call. She was calm, explained things clearly, was very patient and understanding of the caller. I thought that this woman must have had a degree in psychology! When the call finished, and I spoke with her of my concerns about the flood, and how Storage Post was going to handle the situation, all my ‘fears’ went away. Miss Shaday explained everything very clearly, and how the company was going to handle the issue. I thank you for having someone like Ms Shaday working with you. Thank you again and congratulations for having Ms Shaday speaking with the customers and tenants! She is an asset to your company!

Once again i had to rent another room at Storage Post Ridgewood. Carlos and Jessica are the best, they make you feel as though you are family with the friendly and helpful manner. Nothing is to much for these people. Questions or assistance with the size or location they assist and help you solve it. There are a lot of storage companies to go with, but the professionalism, the competitive pricing and the excelent customer service of the staff at Storage Post Ridgewood will make me stay here. I will continue using this location and to refer them to friends and family in the future.

Excellent experience! I was by myself unloading a unit most of the afternoon. The space is clean and easy to navigate. Jessica Santos & Carlos Vega were very helpful and kind through out the day. Thank you both!

I had an amazing experience with Storage Post. The have really cheap prices for the larger units, but where they really excel is in customer service. Whereas most storage places have an either/or trade off for service and price, this place wins at both! Special shout out to staff members Julie and Jess :) They made everything work our perfect even when I transferred units a few times and always did it with a smile! Thanks ??
