I am very impressed with the service I received in renting s storage unit this past weekend. From the call representative, Eric, to the Ridgewood manager, Carlos, I was able to reserve a unit on Thursday and move-in on Saturday without any issues. I was concerned after reading comments about unsatisfactory customer service. I wanted to give them a try due to the close proximity to my apartment, longer access hours, and the clean external appearance. Carlos was very helpful in processing my account; guiding me to my storage unit to assess the size; and showing the best route to the loading dock. I’m very pleased with my move-in storage day experience and the management at the facility.

Once again i had to rent another room at Storage Post Ridgewood. Carlos and Jessica are the best, they make you feel as though you are family with the friendly and helpful manner. Nothing is to much for these people. Questions or assistance with the size or location they assist and help you solve it. There are a lot of storage companies to go with, but the professionalism, the competitive pricing and the excelent customer service of the staff at Storage Post Ridgewood will make me stay here. I will continue using this location and to refer them to friends and family in the future.

I move to a new city on average 3 times per year, and use storage units a LOT. This business has had the BEST customer service I've experienced in years, and the building itself is very easily accessible and clean. I've rented with them twice, and would absolutely rent again.

I've been using this storage facility for a few months now, and I gotta say, it's been a lifesaver. The staff is always super friendly and helpful, and the place is always clean and well-maintained. Plus, the 24-hour access is clutch when I need to grab something from my unit late at night.

I travel often and keep my business files at this storage facility, it is right off the LIE and has a very friendly manager. The store is going through some sort of renovation, and is very well lit and looks brand new on the inside. Still not finsihed yet; seems the level of customer service has increased. Is that a change in company philosohpy? The company has another store in Brooklyn that looks newer bit it is too far away..

Reinaldo was amazing! He's extremely helpful, courteous and wonderful to work with. He took the time to show me several units and explain the process of renting. He didn't rush me and answered all my questions. Opening up a new storage unit took no time at all and was an easy & seamless experience. I'd definitely recommend Storage Post (and Reinaldo)!!
