I have multiple units at this facility and I’m completely satisfied with customer service, pricing and, most importantly, cleanliness. I am especially impressed with Devon, who is beyond accommodating, professional and courteous. I admit to having had a few high maintenance and demanding moments that he has handled promptly and efficiently. Also, kudos to Leon who manages to keep the facility spotless. He is always helpful and gentlemanly.

The place to put your things and they have good insurance, I love this storage been with them for years now. Although the name has change and it’s under new management. This is still a storage I would recommend to anyone. I’m not sure if they have any more available or not but they are perfect for storing your things if your homeless and don’t have a place to put your stuff. Very good storage.

Leo was amazing! He was knowledgeable, helpful and was an ease to work with. The storage facility was extremely clean abs you can tell that Leo takes pride in what he does.

Zero stars if I could. Without signed paperwork/digital agreements on file and they've already started charging me for a reservation I ended up cancelling the day I was supposed to move in. Update edit: Upgraded to 4 stars. Called in to verify cancellation of the unit and it was relatively quick and painless. Didn't try to negotiate or argue with me and only spoke to two different people instead of a long game of phone tag. They should have reached out to me once the move-in date had passed and there was no confirmed/signed paperwork on file - they were quick to confirm a reservation made through a 3rd party seller, but cancellations made through that same 3rd party route doesn't seem to trigger an equally rapid confirmation call. System and process could use some work but still good customer service support. Would consider them again as a self-storage option in the future.
