Great service by Alexandra & Porsche. I had a couple issues that needed to be fixed and these two ladies provided exceptional service with a smile. I highly recommend this location. If your lucky you will get to meet Alexandra as she is one of the most helpful people I have encountered in a long time. Storage Post is lucky to have such great employees.

Alex and Ashley at Storage Post made my stressful move completely stress free when it came to storage. All aspects of the storage facility were completely explained. I highly recommend this facility because the employees were so thoughtful and made the process very smooth.

If you need a storage unit I highly recommend stopping by here! Amazing customer service!! I typically wouldn’t waist my time with a review but this one is sooo worth it. All thanks to Ashley for making this a stress free experience. What Ashley didn’t know is I’ve had 3 sleepless night in an out the hospital with my dad , and in the midst of it all I was moving to a new apartment and needed to put some stuff in storage. I honestly cannot express how satisfied I am with my experience. Ashley, made everything super simple, and was super helpful and patient. Honestly I walked in on a Sunday at 3:54pm fully aware that they’re closing in 6 min. I rushed over from the hospital hoping to get lucky yet pretty anxious that I won’t be helped since it’s last minute. Ashley happily greeted me and helped me through the entire process. The system was a little behind and my confirmation email didn’t come in and it was about 4:30. Ashley gave me a temporary code so that I’m able to load stuff that same Sunday which was a great help!!! I’m telling you this girl is amazing! She even took the time out to show me the units like I asked although it was already closing time. She smiled and patiently helped me past operating hours. I’ve rented a few storage units before but never has had such a great experience!! Ashley if you happen to be reading this I want to thank you again for being such a pleasant helpful person!! Good location, loading dock is tight, unless you are a trucker. Very confusing set up(they are all the same, I wonder if one person owns all the storage) this location has B, Ld, M, choose your pain. Once you figure it out what floor you are going...good luck finding your locker. No idea where 287 is, no signs, no floor plans. If there is a fire, you are not coming out alive. The only positive is the attendant, what a professional!

The online customer service was very helpful. The young lady who stayed past her work hours was very helpful as well. I am at the Huguenot facility. I did not give 5 stars because of the night traffic that goes in and out of the facility. I am very concerned about going there at night. it looks like these people are staying in the units at night. Please check into this situation, I am very fearful of going to the facility after office hours to go to my storage unit.

Service was excellent. One complaint was that there was a big ladder in the way so I could not get the dolly around it and to my storage area. I would not have selected the area I was in if I knew about the ladder issue.
