Came in about a year ago and booked by a very helpful staff i believe his name was Milton who unfortunately no longer with the company. Had a few issues with one of my units in the beginning but he immediately took care of it. In addition, theres another staff who has been also very attentive, helpful and courteous. She helped me acquired a new bigger unit and answered all my questions. Also,as per observation, she always on the move keeping the facility clean and presentable. I think her name is Zophia. Great storing experience so far. Thank you Zophia..

We rented last week and I've been procrastinating on writing this review but I promise Ashley I would !! Your personality is amazing super friendly , bubbly and patient!! Great location for storage. Clean facility and great service. Tanaysha is always great. My employees state she's always friendly and always greets them with a smile. Definitely looking to move our 10x20 unit to this location as well.

Ozzy is the man! He helped me move into my 4th storage unit with Storage Post. Love this location in New Rochelle. It’s got later access with a key code than other storage options and it’s a well managed and well run facility. Thank you to Ozzy and the team at New Rochelle Storage Post! Im a fire alarm vendor(highrisefire)for storage post i had a great experience while testing their fire alarm system i was in good hands with kevin miller area manager at this location very helpful,profetional great customer service and a exceptional employee,kevin was awesome made my job and my day easier,i recommed this location to everyone well deserve five stars.

I reserved a storage unit online this morning at about 8:30 am, and received a call from Larry within minutes of the store opening. He was polite and helpful and welcomed me to New York.

On the beginning of this journey, but Derrell from the New Rochelle office was so informative and helpful for sign in and starting. Great experience so far!
