My mother rented a unit about 3 weeks ago, and she just couldnt stop talking about the help that ashley provided ! She was saying she was so sweet and helpful ! The property was spotless . Thank you Ashley !!

I've had this storage room for 4 years. So far as I know, there haven't been any problems. The rate goes up every year, which might cause me to get a smaller room somewhere else. Lately, there have been construction workers using the loading/unloading dock area. So I have to park a block or two away. Which is annoying but not life threatening.

Good location, loading dock is tight, unless you are a trucker. Very confusing set up(they are all the same, I wonder if one person owns all the storage) this location has B, Ld, M, choose your pain. Once you figure it out what floor you are going...good luck finding your locker. No idea where 287 is, no signs, no floor plans. If there is a fire, you are not coming out alive. The only positive is the attendant, what a professional!

The online customer service was very helpful. The young lady who stayed past her work hours was very helpful as well. I am at the Huguenot facility. I did not give 5 stars because of the night traffic that goes in and out of the facility. I am very concerned about going there at night. it looks like these people are staying in the units at night. Please check into this situation, I am very fearful of going to the facility after office hours to go to my storage unit.

Service was excellent. One complaint was that there was a big ladder in the way so I could not get the dolly around it and to my storage area. I would not have selected the area I was in if I knew about the ladder issue.
