Alex at the Yonkers location is really on the ball. He gets the job done whatever it takes and no matter the barriers he has to get through. The heat was in dire need of repairs and he saw to it that it was done. Its considerably warmer withing the building. Could still use a few degrees higher but at least its working. I always see him being ultra friendly with the customers including myself and always on the go getting something accomplished in the building. Its always kept up in great care and clean. I dont think I can say an unkind word about him or that location. Keep up the great work guys!

Alex was very courteous, helpful, and accommodating. I ended up needing a much larger unit than the one I had reserved, and he was able to find me that bigger unit without a problem. Thank you so much!

I rented a unit at this location for the first time and must say the experience was amazing. Ken the storage specialist was excellent with helping me complete my transaction explained the details and how the facility operates throughly. After I was done signing my lease I got shown how to enter the facility, how to use the elevator and get to my unit. His colleague(unfortunately I didn’t get his name)as well was very helpful with assisting me with my unit.

Good place to store your items. Beginning to automate, but still not accessible 24/7. Business hours posted on their website. Usually clean, but for some reason have recently done away with their trash cans on every floor. Prices similar to nearby storage places. They usually help out at community fairs.

Anthony was such a great help that fit everything I had. He was very patient and courteous when I came at the end of the work day. Highly recommend
