What People are Saying

I highly recommend West Babylon Public Storage. Cliff and Juliette delivered super high quality service before, during, and after my time with Public Storage. Cliff and Juliette were super friendly and informative. They both made me feel very comfortable and not just 'another customer'. Five stars for both West Babylon Public Storage and their fabulous associates, Cliff and Juliette.

Anthony at Storage Post Yonkers is nothing short of AMAZING, His customer skills is really recommendable and my storage room is perfect??

We feel very lucky to have selected Storage Post over the multiple options available to us. It was a pleasure to meet Alex who was incredibly helpful, making sure that all our needs were met. We accidentally dropped our keys in a lower storage unit and Alex was creative in helping us retrieve our keys without having to break into that unit! Very clean facility. I feel safe every time I go there and am delighted that we can keep on getting bigger and bigger units as our home gets smaller and smaller. Thank you Alex and staff.

Santana the manager made me so happy she was very helpful and friendly and really accommodating to my needs she is very professional and if I could I give 10 stars

Kennard was very attentive, professional and knowledgable. He not only showed me a couple of prospective units, ince I chose, he explained the billing and started the auto payment process to make it easier.

I appreciate the guys opening there doors and helping a bro out it's very reasonable and they are very considerate to your needs and the availability and access works great for me

First time renting a storage unit and had the pleasure of meeting Ken , he made the process very easy for me by walking me to the unit and explaining how it's done . Greatest customer service I've have ever experienced

I’ve had several units with them in the past. I recently had to get a new unit. I’ve always received above and beyond customer service which is why I always come back. My recent encounter tops them all! I was assisted by Livan. He provided me with outstanding customer service. He was polite, knowledgeable and also helped me get the right unit for my belongs. I can honestly say within the years of storing my belongings there, Livan is in my top 5 best reps!!! The staff there is always happy, smiling and helpful. Whenever I need help they do their best to rectify the situation. It's always clean and well maintained which is a super dupper plus for me. The store is convenient and close to major highways. I feel safe storing my belongings there because the staff always provide warming welcomes and departures which ensures me that I picked the perfect location.
