I came here about two weeks ago with my girlfriend to rate a unit and the workers in the office were happy and helpful. The building was clean, and their rates are the best I've seen compare to the other storages next door. I would definitely recommend this company and location.

I never used self storage but the manager Anthony walked me through the entire process and made it very simple. Anthony was polite and extremely helpful. The entire process only took a few minutes to rent and get my access code. I was able to get started right away. When I came back a few days later Anthony remembered my name and went out of his way to say "HI" and ask if there was anything I needed. Great storage facility!

Alex Lambertus made the paperwork and registration super easy. There were ample hand carts to help make my move smooth and everything was very clean and well lit. Really great facility.

Storage Post in Yonkers, NY has answered alot of my storage needs. I have experienced excellent customer service from the staff, in particular, the manager Anthony. He is always available with whatever i need, and is willing to work with me, to the best of his ability. Anthony knows all his customers, and addresses them by their names. It really makes a difference when you are acknowledged and your needs are met. Excellent customer service skills.

This place is THE BEST!!! It is a clean and well kept facility and the rates are EXTREMELY reasonable. As for the staff, I only encountered one so far which was Alex and he was AWESOME!!! I was having a bit of a difficult time getting situated but he really helped to make the check-in process run smoothly. Also, Alex answered all of my questions and explained the storage facilities policies and procedures to me clearly. He was a pleasure to deal with. I HIGHLY recommend this facility for your storage needs due to its economical prices and its staff (so far Alex...if he is any indication of the rest of the staff then I am sure that they are just as AWESOME!!!).

Anthony was amazing! We upgraded our unit after nine years at this location. This location is clean, modern and convenient! Never had a problem in 9 years! Highly recommend this location.

Having a storage unit can be a frustrating situation, fortunately Santana professionalism has allowed me to let down my guard and ultimately feel comfortable with doing business with storage post. She has been an EXCELLENT MANAGER with her professionalism and overall work ethic ! Would definitely recommend

The overall move went pretty well. Staff were very helpful with getting me all set up. My problem however began when I got to my unit. I rented a 10"×10" space, but when I arrived I could immediately tell this was not a 10"×10" space simply because I had just left a 10"×10" space prior to moving here. When I alerted the staff member about it, I was told that he did not know what I could do, because they don't measure the spaces. I continued making my argument, at that point I was told that I had to measure the space and prove that it was not 10"×10". So I did. While I was measuring, another staff member showed up and watched as I measured. It showed that the space is 10"×7" . As I spoke about paying for a 10"×10" space but only getting 10"×7". I was told sarcastically that maybe I should have stayed in the 10"×10" where I was. I did not find that funny at all. Then I was told that this matter would be emailed to the higher ups and someone would get back to me about a reduction in price. I'm still waiting... shortly after posting my review I was contacted by the district manager who was very nice and apologetic concerning my encounter with the staff. She explained that my storage has been reduced because of the dispute in size and assured me that the disrespectful manner in which I was treated, will not be tolerated. I really appreciate the way this situation was dealt with and I am satisfied with the results. Thank you Mylandria...
