I've been with Storage Post in Yonkers for a long time, but they still find ways to go above-and-beyond in the ways they help me, even after all this time. Alex Oates, the district manager, was a HUGE help to me recently (along with his boss whose name I don't know, unfortunately). They took a difficult situation and made it easier for me. Great people running a great place. And Alex Lambertus, the location manager in Yonkers, always has a smile and has helped me many times. And I guess I should add that the place is clean, brightly lit, and reasonably priced (I take all that for granted at this point). Overall, an A+.

I came all the way from Ohio and Livan and Gabriel made it worth it. Great customer service.

The climate-controlled units at Storage Post on Broadway are a game-changer. My belongings have never been better protected. The staff is also incredibly helpful and accommodating.

I helped a friend move from one 5 x 5 storage unit to another. The one she was in was over $200 a month. This one was next-door for 75 a month with two months free. Price locked in for six months. About $55 up front. Processing etc. $355 over 6 month as opposed to about $1300. Kendra at the desk was kind and very easy to deal with. Make sure you go when Hector is there. High energy. Very accommodating. You can tell he likes what he does. He should get a raise. Let’s face it. It’s a concrete and metal box. Lot’s of choices around. I highly recommend this place because of the employees.

I just signed up so cannot attest to grading the facility itself but the current store manager Anthony is a gem! He was very helpful when i first signed up and got me the best unit available in regards to size and proximity to loading dock. The day i moved in was a Sunday and i was running a tad late since they do close early on that day and he was gracious enough to stay after hours to let me store my furniture that i was bringing in on a rental truck - if he hadn't stayed later i would have had no place to put my items and would have had to incur further charges with the rental truck co. I cannot thank him enough - he provided the human quality often lacking in business. His customer service and plain old compassion are second to none and this location would be smart to do anything to keep him there because i think he is the only reason the place is still running! Anthony - kudos to you and keep doing the amazing job you are doing! Thank You!

Manager Anthony was EXTREMELY accommodating when I went in to sign lease for my storage unit. The associates who take reservations over the phone during the initial consultation should be as thorough as he was when it comes to making sure that the rooms rented are suitable for their customers. Anthony can certainly teach them a thing or two.

Both gentlemen at this facility were excellent removed my doubts that customer service skills no longer existed they were attentive they were helpful and made me feel very comfortable about leaving my items at the facility. On the other hand contacting customer service on the phone although the lady was very sweet and even offered me a free lock for my storage container was very pushy about collecting The $25 administration fee that was already stated I had to pay in my email. Each time I called it almost felt like there was a push to collect this money and even was told I’m not guaranteed my price but it was already guaranteed in an email. Also customer service fails toinform you that there is a $10 a month fee for insurance unless you already have renters insurance which the gentleman happily explaied so the $25 admistrastion fee is actually $35 And your unit is the price plus $10 a month. I have insurance so not an issue for me. My 5 star on top is because the facility really really took care of business and the two men that were there were very professional and helpful they deserve recognition.
