From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and eager to assist. They took the time to show me around and help me select the perfect unit for my needs. The manager Ozzie forgive me if I misspelled his name was hands down the best manager of a storage facility that I have ever came across. He’s the Jalen Hurt of storage post. MVP. The facility itself is top-notch—clean, well-organized, and secure. I felt completely at ease knowing that my belongings are protected with their advanced security features, including 24/7 surveillance and gated access. Moving in was a breeze, thanks to the convenient loading docks and ample parking spaces available. I also appreciated the selection of packing supplies available on-site, which made it easy to grab everything I needed without any extra trips. What truly set Storage Post apart was the exceptional customer service. The team went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, answering all my questions and providing helpful tips on how to maximize my storage space. ozzie is the best. took his time to show me room sizes. we ended up going upstairs TWICE so that i felt comfortable with my unit size. he explains everything in detail. thank you so much ozzie. i highly recommend this place and definately look for OZZIE. thanks again

Clean, affordable and friendly staff. What else you need? Have a storage for years with them and even my daughter had one. Always a pleasure to speak with the staff and customer service always was excellent. The place was always immaculate . Not even a tiny piece of paper on the floor. I move out after almost 8 years because I bought a house so I don’t need it.

Have been using this place for 6 years. Never a single issue. The employees were great. Kennard was polite, professional and helped me with all my storage needs. Bought a house and don't need the unit anymore and they made my exit quick and easy.
