Lavona was spectacular ! She exceeded my expectations of customer service. Coming in she was cleaning and still was very attentive to me. She assured me she would be right with me. She showed me around gave me a tour of units until I found “the one” and she won me ! We’re residents of city island which isn’t far from pelham we talked about some great food spots and she just had such a great personality and this aura about her! We both are aquarius and we laughed about that. She’s a great manager and representative for storage post company. Thanks sweetie !

Ozzie was great. Very knowledge of pricing and policy. Showed me everything, like accessing the premises and also making sure it works with all gate access. Ask for Ozzie. He is that guy!

Emonie provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, made everything easy to understand, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. The manager today, I think his name is Anthony, was very attentive to my needs. He explained everything needed to know very clearly. Although he was working alone, he multitask & was able to make all happy. He's for sure a keeper.
