Sure beats paying crazy high storage rates in NYC. At Storage Post I not only got a less expensive rate, but a bigger space. The manager at this location was very helpful in finding a space that worked for me and locking in a good deal. Really appreciate that.

I was too quick to judge this place after a minor misunderstanding, the manager Alex called me within an hour and explained to me everything. It’s great to really have a place that actually delivers everything they say. The customer service is amazing and responsive. I would definitely recommend this store unit over the others in Yonkers . I went to Storage Post this afternoon to inquire about storage units and Kennard was very helpful. He showed me all the units that were available, and he was very patient with me. Kindness is golden. Anyway, I did rent a unit with them and the first two months are free. Thank you again, Kennard, for everything.

If you need a storage unit I highly recommend stopping by here! Amazing customer service!! I typically wouldn’t waist my time with a review but this one is sooo worth it. All thanks to Ashley for making this a stress free experience. What Ashley didn’t know is I’ve had 3 sleepless night in an out the hospital with my dad , and in the midst of it all I was moving to a new apartment and needed to put some stuff in storage. I honestly cannot express how satisfied I am with my experience. Ashley, made everything super simple, and was super helpful and patient. Honestly I walked in on a Sunday at 3:54pm fully aware that they’re closing in 6 min. I rushed over from the hospital hoping to get lucky yet pretty anxious that I won’t be helped since it’s last minute. Ashley happily greeted me and helped me through the entire process. The system was a little behind and my confirmation email didn’t come in and it was about 4:30. Ashley gave me a temporary code so that I’m able to load stuff that same Sunday which was a great help!!! I’m telling you this girl is amazing! She even took the time out to show me the units like I asked although it was already closing time. She smiled and patiently helped me past operating hours. I’ve rented a few storage units before but never has had such a great experience!! Ashley if you happen to be reading this I want to thank you again for being such a pleasant helpful person!!
