Excellent customer service was received. Facility was clean and well maintained.

Despite some troubles early on, the manager and workers went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and make up for whatever discrepancies happened. Staff was extremely polite, caring and understanding. Great hospitality!

Your manager lavona is the best. I am an actor and I am working on a show on nbc and we have the next 3 days off, I decided since I need storage I’ll just come check it out and not make any decisions until I’ve seen it all. In my mind I was going to quote around at all storages before Ive made a final decision to choose a place to store. Lavona sold me right away. Very good with making me feel comfortable and she kept me laughing. She showed me around to 3 units until I got the one. Lavona is the best. She’s very helpful, patient,And friendly !! She knows what she doing and how to win customers in.

When I got to the office located at the storage facility, John got me signed up and in my unit in minutes. He gave me a tour so I can get to my unit quickest and made sure I was all set up before separating from me. Thanks so much!
