If you are contemplating between this space and another cheaper space- PLS get this one. Well I’m not being paid for this, my boyfriend and I chose the storage unit because it gives first two months free, our plan was to use the storage unit for two months and then switched to a cheaper one. When we did that- it was an absolute disaster. To keep this review short. This storage location has quality customer service , SMART competent workers, MULTIPLE professional working dollies , a working elevator that can fit said dollies, clean and quiet Environment, fits multiple cars. We left and had a horrible experience at public storage - we came right back! The same day and kept our original storage unit. Sometimes penny pinching isn’t worth it - if you are looking for quality

My experience here was amazing, I was helped by a young man jimmy. He made everything so easy and simple! I appreciate him so much for helping me. He’s so kind & a great employee.

From Susan and Larry at the call center to Leslie at the facility, Storage Post has been wonderful - fast, friendly and professional. Unlike some other facilities I looked at, service was quick and informative. Their facility is so convenient - ground level and easy to pull in and unload. Leslie went the extra mile in helping us get settled in. The unit is clean and spacious. Their pricing is great! Couldn't be more happy with my decision to rent from Storage Post at Fordham Road!

This storage facility made my move so easy! My move was originally a disaster but they really saved the day. They granted me 24 hour access for my move in day since my movers were scheduled in the evening and was able to move with ease. Miguel at the front desk was super accommodating and so nice! The facility itself is super well maintained, very clean and secure which i really appreciated. 10/10 best storage experience I’ve ever had.
