Excelente Servicio! This place was nice but was always dirty and staff was kind of rude. Lately there have been some nice changes. The building is clean, smells good and finally we can get parking. Also I see new staff who is very friendly y hablan en espanol! Jose gave us a tour, showed us several units and got us in and out in less than 30 minutes! I will recommend to my friends and family for sure!

I moved into a unit with my daughters at Fordham yesterday. Good Pricing and Great service. The manager Mr. Salcedo and Lady were great! Place looked very clean and The bathroom looked better than my own at home! They were friendly and bilingual too! It got busy at one point but handled it nicely and they still made it go by fast and easy for me. They gave us all info we needed and helped us get the unit we really wanted! ! I wish I can give 6 stars!

Brandon has always been very helpful and takes the extra step to accommodate customers. He seems to anticipate problems and corrects them before they occur. I have been very pleased each time I have encountered him. He is a "can do" person and a real asset to your company. Joe Maselli

The young lady at the front desk Mrs.Takasha was very polite very professional and she knee exactly what's she was doing. She took care of me at the same time took the time to train a new employee . A++×
