I had such a great experience at Storage Post! From start to finish, everything went super smoothly thanks to Imani. She was so kind, helpful, and patient—really took the time to make show me different units and explain the process. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and making things easy. It’s not often you come across customer service this good, trust me I worked for Apple and truly understand and have high expectation on what true genuine customer service feels like! Big shoutout to Imani for making my day and turning what could’ve been a stressful process into a really pleasant one. I truly hope who ever is reading this they get to experience Imani sincere, authentic, and over kind personality.

Porscha was absolutely amazing and helped me get through the process so quickly and effortlessly. She called after her hours had ended just to make sure my same day move in went smoothly. Overall had a great move in experience. The location is convenient, the units and building are very clean, and the staff is so helpful!

This is my second time renting a unit in this location and I have to say: “Is awesome’. A lot of space, privacy, service. Always neat and clean. A lot of carts to make your moving easy. I called and the woman I spoke with was very helpful and very nice, and then when I went to the facility to see the actual unit, the woman there was very helpful and very nice. The Bruckner location is clean and comfortable and I recommend them.

My husband and I came looking to store a few items last week on Monday. The young lady there was very helpful she gave us a full tour , she took her time and was very clear with everything ! This facility is very clean , quiet and most importantly safe which was my biggest concern. I would highly recommend this facility ! Thank You so much !!!
