The two women at the front desk have amazing customer service skills and an incredible attitude that makes you want to keep renting at this location. While I did not get their names, they were both very helpful in making sure I got the unit that was the perfect size for the items I needed to store. It didn’t feel like they were trying to “upsell” me, which is something I truly appreciate. Many many thanks to both of these women for making my transfer from one unit to another as smooth as butter and for having the patience to explain size and pricing to me. These ladies deserve a raise! 10/10 would recommend!

Malachai helped sign me up. He was professional and friendly. I already referred him to a friend. By that evening, I received a call and scheduled to move my belongings (for free, as offered now) from my 20 yr+ storage facility to this one. The next day, the movers were friendly and efficient. All gooood!

We had been thinking of a storage space for some of our lesser used equipment. Iliana was responsive and helpful over the phone and exceeded customer service in person. She showed us the unit, explained the terms and we booked easily and quickly. The space is clean, well-lit and accessible when we need it to be.
