Was with the place next door for a few years where the price was high and the customer service low. Walked in to Storage Post a few months ago to inquire about pricing and was SO PLEASANTLY FRIGGIN' SURPRISED to meet Anthony who runs the joint with supreme attention to detail and wonderful salesmanship. We signed for a space on the spot, moved our stuff over the next week and are so pleased that we did. Great pricing structure, fantastically attentive/responsive. You know how certain places of business have a good feel to them? As in well run and a human/community element? Anthony makes that happen at Storage Post. And when you're lugging your s**t to or fro on a Saturday when you would much rather be doing something else, that nice vibe counts for a lot. 5 stars, no prob.

Came in today with my husband as a first time customer. Ahjenay Santana helped us and was very very helpful. Walking in we were feeling nervous and anxious, especially because we are moving due to unfortunate circumstances and Ahjenay made us feel soo welcomed. She is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Thank you Ahjenay Santana for your excellent customer service skills and making us feel well.

Jimmy was very helpful and so polite. This was my first time ever using a storage unit and he made the process easier. He made sure to answer all of my questions and any concerns I had. In the end I got the perfect storage unit for a great price. He’s a wonderful young man and knows exactly how to do his job.
