This storage facility in Yonkers is great. The staff is friendly and reliable. Whenever I had a problem or issue, they explained things in a calm and reasonable way, and had solutions. The prices are good and the entire facility is clean. I recommend!!!

I absolutely am very happy I chose this storage facility to put my belongings in. Not only is it very clean. The gentleman behind the counter in New Rochelle is absolutely amazing. He was very polite and friendly. He also was a tremendous help to me. I am handicap and he helped me push my cart. I am also very deadly afraid of elevators and the gentleman escorted me to my unit on the fourth floor. I forgot he’s name but I think it was Vector. He deserves a raise. Happy customer here. Will recommend it to everyone. Thank You.

Good evening, I would like to give a quick story about one of your Workers. Not sure his position, but I'm sure that you couldn't have chosen a better example of what customer service looks like. Mr. Manny Gonzalez is one of the Most kindest ,giving people that I have met in quite awhile and he is the epitome of what service should look like. Whatever needs to be done and would not consider anything more than a Thank you! In Manny Gonzalez, you have a Great individual/Friend who gets it,So kudos to Manny, Kudos to you choosing him...you made a Wise choice and because of him ,I have recommended over 30 people who are now your customers.
