I've had to use storage facilities many times. This was by far my best experience.

I was in dire need and oh boy was i accomdated extremely well by manny, he was able to explain every detail of what this facility has to offer including all perks and he was very fast im doing so in a accordingly way, i told him what i was storing and he showed me the perfect size on the first shot. Manny is very amenable, professional, friendly, attentive and well aware of how diffcult and stressful moving can be and manny made it simple, i commend you manny, YOU THE MAN!

First and foremost I want to say the property was beyond clean! My husband and I went into the property looking for storage, not having any idea on how the whole process works, and thanks to a Ms. Ashley all of our doubts slowly melted as the process went along. One thing about us, we are BIG on customer service, that is a big factor when determining where we bring our business ! Her warming smile and aura sold us. We had a lot of questions, which she answered spot on, with out hesitation, she didn’t miss a beat. I could tell she was very knowledgeable on storage, and how to store our items, which put us to ease, because this is where we would be storing our personal belongings! After securing the unit, we went down to the office to sign our paperwork! First thing she did was show us the many different options when it came to protecting our items. She took her time and listened to us about what things were most important to us, and she showed us different items that would protect our things while they were in storage. As we went over the lease, she was very patient in explaining the sections, not making us feel like we were being forced to sign a contract. She really put us to ease with explaining to us that storage post was month to month . As we were leaving she stressed that we could always give her a call if we needed help or had any questions with anything. I just want to say we will be having a long term stay, and we will definitely be recommending this storage to all my friends and family .

The facility is what you'd want it to be. Had a brief issue with billing but the company quickly resolved it after being made aware of the problem.

The process was a first for me, and Adrienne was very informative about the process in which it went by smoothly. Unit was clean and I was in and out after she showed me the unit. Paperwork was swift and payment method was universal. Thanks for everything.

Easy access good running elevators clean and very spacious

I am updating my previous post in which I encountered a customer service issue over the weekend. However, Mylandria, the regional manager, called this morning with a resolution that accommodates my access needs. So thank you for taking the initiative and reaching out. It was appreciated and the slate is clean.

Lavona was spectacular ! She exceeded my expectations of customer service. Coming in she was cleaning and still was very attentive to me. She assured me she would be right with me. She showed me around gave me a tour of units until I found “the one” and she won me ! We’re residents of city island which isn’t far from pelham we talked about some great food spots and she just had such a great personality and this aura about her! We both are aquarius and we laughed about that. She’s a great manager and representative for storage post company. Thanks sweetie !

Ozzie was great. Very knowledge of pricing and policy. Showed me everything, like accessing the premises and also making sure it works with all gate access. Ask for Ozzie. He is that guy!
