Just rented a storage yesterday at first i was a little skeptical as i have never had storage before but kristian had put all my concerns to rest the spot was clean he explained everything to me and answered all my questions he showed me about 3 different units before i ended up taking the one that i did but he was so patient and nice if you need a space look for kristian hes the man !!!

Jessica is awesome! She went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service! She aided me in the process from start to finish and made it all effortless. She was friendly and knowledgeable, and also took the time to inform me on several options, and in the end helped me select an excellent unit for my needs. She even sent me pictures and video of the Unit she recommended for me! Thank you Jessica! The property is very clean, newer construct, large doors, well lit, and provides 24 hour access. All fantastic features that one would want in a storage facility.

Great location, very convenient in terms of access (multiple entrances, all ramp/handicap accessible) staff is great, Tyreil is the gentleman I had the pleasure to interact with. Not only did he help me setting up my unit, he also helped in terms of the best location for my specific needs AND guided me there AND showed me how to get there without assistance. The second entrance (Non-staffed) was really good to know about, he showed me how to get there and get to my unit easily and effortlessly. Highly recommended.

I've been using Storage Post for a while now, and I'm always impressed with the level of customer service I receive. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I'm satisfied with my storage experience.

I had a very positive experience at storage post. The staff is very friendly and attentive. It's so easy to drive up and use the elevators and provided carts even if your storage unit isn't close to the entrance. There is often only one person in the office so do leave a little extra time for check in (for example check in and get an orientation on your unit/sign the contract before you hire movers so they don't have to be waiting while you check in - it took about 20 minutes.)
