I wanted to move into storage post on Saturday. I came to visit the facility to take a look around, immediately I love the building, After coming into the office lavona had introduced herself to me and told me that she was the one I spoke with on the phone for a follow up, I thought very nice of her ! Today I came to move in. Lavona knows what she’s doing ! She is GREAT ! Very good customer service ! And we talked for 20 minutes and laughed, I felt really good leaving out. You’ve won a customer for life! I’m beyond pleased.

Pleasantly surprised at the customer service experience. My account was original charged incorrectly from Storage Post corporate and the service I received onsite in Brooklyn was impeccable.
