Really great customer service!! I needed a few extra minutes for my move in. I called and the front desk was able to accommodate me by staying late. 5 stars!! Really appreciate their flexibility

I was incredibly frustrated with a rate issue and had almost no success reaching out to management prior to today. I was lucky enough to get in touch with Helena, and she completely turned the experience around. She was the only one willing to actually assist me and get the problem solved. Because of her help, I’m happy to stay a customer. Storage Post needs more employees like her!
