"Don't sleep on New Rochelle's Storage Post's District Managerial Staff" After having a frustrating experience (a few times) with my personal access code not granting me access to my unit (I was told it was a 'computer issue') and then not receiving a call back to my voicemails, this facility's District Manager, Alex Oates, came in and saved the day/helped rectify my situation. Mr. Oates was an attentive listener; hearing all of my concerns, asked to look into the issues and then expeditiously contacted me back with apologies and options for resolution. For this, Alex gets my A++ any day, he is a very professional and pleasant individual. Now, I hope his professionalism and promises remain true in the future at this New Rochelle location.
