It was smooth sailing moving in. I forgot the guys name but he was very nice, took the elevator up with me to my unit and explained everything to me. The prices are reasonable. This is my third storage unit and hopefully the last.

The folks at Storage Post took the stress out of my self storage move. Many thanks to Carlos who was both cordial and professional throughout the entire move in process.

I had to rent a smaller unit as well as the large one I've been using as I had someone coming to help me move, organize & find things. My 1st choice was done over the phone & was wrong so I was able to change to a much better choice for my needs w/o any trouble. When I took my lock home to fix leaving my 1st unit unlocked they placed their own lock on it for security. I hadn"t worried as it seemed very well secured there but it was great that they did that. Employees are very pleasant people.

By far the nicest staff in all of NYC!!! I can't say enough good things about this place; It's clean, amazingly affordable and a great location for Queens and Brooklyn! I have rented from other companies in the past and they don't even come close. Jessica and Carlos where amazingly helpful. They really went the extra mile for me when I made a silly mistake - I was tired and a little retarded and they totally made me feel cool about it! They are simply the BEST!!! Thanks guys!!!

What an easy experience. Ease of access and personnel were perfect for what I needed.

The service was very good and. The Guy-who was helping was so nice he showed me all the space than he had available and the best part he speak Spanish and English he helped me a lot thank you guys

I just wanted to say that your staff at the storage post (Bruckner Blvd) where i am is AWESOME!!! no bs so professional and really show an honest care and concern for us renters. Had to go there early this morning to see the manager cause in my storage unit there seems to be an infestation of rodents. So I asked if I could see the manager so he could see what I was speaking about. He came and saw from himself, apologized for the problem and immediately went about resolving my issue. Needless to say it was all handled so professionally that it made me believe in customer service again. The manager was polite respectful and knowledgeable about his team and the building that he was running. This put me at ease, I have used the Fordham unit for ten years and had excellent care and now at Bruckner for the past 3years I'm quite content with my choice. Mr. Alex M Oates kudos to your staff and you for excellent customer service!!

Excellent Service! I drove with my family down from New Haven, Conn on a cold Saturday morning. We were tired and frustrated from traveling so far. We registered online but usually have issues at places cause somehow someone always effs it up! I have to say tho, The store manager at 979 Brook, Jose was a true delight! He showed us to the bathroom, helped us get carts and showed us all the amenities of this facility and even offered us some coffee to keep us warm. He was very nice and made the move-in process very easy for us! Thank you so much! We hope your other other locations have this same level of service! THANK YOU STORAGE POST AND THANK YOU JOSE!

Quick and easy no headaches..

I just want to commend the excellence service of Mr.Alex Oates he was very helpful in resolving my issues on Tuesday March 12, 2019. I would recommend this storage to anyone with no hesitation based on there excellence in customer service. If it wasn’t for Mr. Alex Oates I don’t kno what I would do, so I must say thanks for a tremendous customer service you offered to me I will forever be greatful.
