Great service by Alexandra & Porsche. I had a couple issues that needed to be fixed and these two ladies provided exceptional service with a smile. I highly recommend this location. If your lucky you will get to meet Alexandra as she is one of the most helpful people I have encountered in a long time. Storage Post is lucky to have such great employees.

I actually accidentally came to this facility but had reservations for another. I stayed because of how phenomenal the service was. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced better customer service in my life. The staff gave a tour, explained what would and would not fit, and were just a joy to interact with. Even though the price was more than my original location, I had to do my business here because running into the staff would always be enjoyable.

Alex and Ashley at Storage Post made my stressful move completely stress free when it came to storage. All aspects of the storage facility were completely explained. I highly recommend this facility because the employees were so thoughtful and made the process very smooth.

Manny was excellent when I needed to reserve and book another storage unit. He got me set up in minutes and when I forgot my new lock home, he took care of setting me up with a new lock with ease. Great facility and staff. I highly recommend them.

Initially, I was extremely hesitant on storing my personal items in a storage unit and wanted to find a location I could trust. Upon entering the New Rochelle facility, I was greeted by a customer service representative named Ashley. She was extremely welcoming and attentive to my presence. She walked me through the different storage options and pricing. She was very informative and was patient with me, knowing that I was a first time renter. The store was extremely tidy and well kept. Fast forward, I have had my items in storage for over six months now, and I love the accessibility I have to my unit and my consistent monthly rate. This is an ideal storage facility, where you encounter excellent customer service and continued support while your items are there. Love it!!!

I Have been using Storage Post Facility for seven months.Marisol was very helpfull resoilving my Problem.Very Secure and clean. I would recommend anyone to this facility just keep the prices from going up every year.

I found Storagepost online, made my payment and then went into the office on moving day, I was comfortable dealing with the female in the office, I use the location in Pelham. The faculty is clean, organized , I got a coupon for a freelock, and got 2 free months from a promotion that was in place. The unit is everything I hoped and more... love it.
