From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and eager to assist. They took the time to show me around and help me select the perfect unit for my needs. The manager Ozzie forgive me if I misspelled his name was hands down the best manager of a storage facility that I have ever came across. He’s the Jalen Hurt of storage post. MVP. The facility itself is top-notch—clean, well-organized, and secure. I felt completely at ease knowing that my belongings are protected with their advanced security features, including 24/7 surveillance and gated access. Moving in was a breeze, thanks to the convenient loading docks and ample parking spaces available. I also appreciated the selection of packing supplies available on-site, which made it easy to grab everything I needed without any extra trips. What truly set Storage Post apart was the exceptional customer service. The team went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, answering all my questions and providing helpful tips on how to maximize my storage space. I’ve been a member since 2017 and I can honestly say I’ve had a wonderful experience thus far! Gloria is wonderful as is the rest of the staff!! They are just great and trustworthy. Excellent service and great prices! My valuables are kept safe at all times. I have never had an inconvenience. Will highly recommend to anyone!!!

Good morning everyone.. I just wanted to say that storage post on Fordham rd is the best in NYC and that's my opinion . I was having trouble paying for my unit and the director Alex was able to fix the problem for me.. Mr. Alex is the perfect example of a PROFESSIONAL business man who cares for his customers and Ms Gloria is a perfect example of a PROFESSIONAL worker who also cares about her customers and their units.. thank you guy's for your professionalism and for your help ..

Shaheim was a great help today answered all questions needed to be answered went above and beyond for me , great customer service , Building clean. Will definitely recommend this storage. Please be sure if your going to rent at this storage ask for shaheim!!!! He was great !!!

I took advantage of the 2 month free offer. Place was clean, liighting more than sufficient and left having a feeling my stored items would be safe.
