This has been a wonderful experience getting something I needed for so long. Daniel and Patrick are great people who helped me immensely get the correct storage unit for my goods. I am an artist and my artwork needs to be protected. I found the correct climate control unit.

We were looking for a large locker space and Helena was an excellent host in showing us around and explaining the details. We decided on the 5x10 and she got us in and out super fast after signing us up. Also, the main freight elevator got a huge upgrade. It’s super nice compared to the old one. Highly recommend Storage Post and working with Helena.

Excellent Experience at your Storage Post location at 32 Grand Ave in Brooklyn. Your front facing staff is excellent most notably Miguel and Thomas who not only helped guide me through the process of troubleshooting my issue but also deliver exceptional communication and customer service. Also Jeff who is GREAT!! helped me in the set up of my unit and gave me some really helpful information 5 Stars great!!!

The space I had seen online turned out to have a large pillar obstructing a sizable portion of the room, so I decided to pass (there's no such thing as a bargain), but Miguel was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional in showing me the space. Thanks to them, I would certainly return at a later date to consider a different room.
