Great customer service!!

Storage Post in Floral Park is by far the best storage facility I have used. I have a business that requires use of storage space and I have patronised about 4 different companies over the last 6 years and Storage Post has been the best so far with great customer service, large loading docks, and long open hours. I have been a tenant for about a year now. The place is clean, well lit, feels secure, the staff members are courteous & respectful and best of all they can recieve packages on my behalf.

Porscha was wonderfully; and extremely helpful on the phone. Gave me a detailed description of sizes and what I needed to know. When I got to the office located at the storage facility, John got me signed up and in my unit in minutes. He gave me a tour so I can get to my unit quickest and made sure I was all set up before separating from me. Thanks so much!

Really easy to access. Carts were readily available and locker was immaculate.

It was really easy to rent a storage space and by reserving a unit a week earlier I was able reserve a lower price as well. I just rented the unit and enjoying a free month. No complaints so far!

I needed to store my stuff for two months and my experience with Storage Post was amazing. No BS, from beginning to end the experience was fast, above and beyond accommodative, and cheap. Reserving- They were fast to provide a quote and were patient with me as I asked for many different quotes to get the right one. They gave me a month free (pretty standard, but I still appreciated it), and got me the lowest prices of any of their competitors (I called all the storage places in fort green). It only cost $50 to reserve my place and they were flexible about timing. Checking In- The guy at the front desk stayed after they closed to wait for me to get off the B train to get there and didn’t rush me at all in finding the right unit (I changed units twice when I got there) and waved fees for the changes I was making. Moving- They have 24hr access which is AMAZING and a bunch of dollies to move your boxes and furniture. The elevators are old and regular sized elevators so if you have really big items, you may have to get a unit on the first floor (my three seater couch fit in the elevator). Overall, amazing. I would recommend to anyone, mostly because of the customer service. The physical space is fine and nothing fancy but did the job. Only critique is the old/regular sized elevators.
