What a long stressful day!!!! Thank God kevin at storage was so patient with me and help guide me so that my moving day was less stressful. I highly recommend this storage facility because customer service is their number one priority.

I rented online but the unit was too small. The store manager was awesome and moved me to a larger unit very close to the one I'd originally rented. The customer service was top notch.

Walked into the facility and was immediately greeted by Luis and tken through a verbal communication of the policies and procedures of Storage Post Pelham. Then I was taken to the prospective unit and given further information on the unit and workings of the facility. Luis was very helpful friendly. I highly recommend Storage Post for their cleanliness and ease of registration and of course the staff. A very beautiful facility.
