Manny is a very fine gentleman me and my husband coming from formerly keepers storage, he gave us very good deal and discount, alot of cameras and elevators, the intercom and kiosk is very convenient, great customer service Manny we appreciate you and who you are.

Seemed like a great place for storing anything and everything...upgraded technologies very convenient and great service...even applied to them and am starting working soon. Workers were great including the managers very down to earth and friendly

We read & heard great reviews about this place…and wow, the reviews were on point! Needed a storage place that was very safe, very clean & very convenient & this place delivers. Not only that, everyone we spoke to and dealt with were so professional and courteous and helpful. You could probably find a few places on SI that are a touch cheaper but tbh, this Storage Post is great. Dealt with Manny there on site and he was super helpful and so nice. Get a spot here: the prices, location, condition & staff are great; I hope it continues this way b/c this place is great. The only "negative" (though that's too-strong a word) was when I signed up online, you supposedly can "reserve" the spot you want for 48 hours (if I remember) to think about everything. Unfortunately, in no time, I received a direct phone call from Storage Post (might have been a main office) to "lock in" the unit I chose online. Marketing-wise, I understand why this was done; personally, I didn't like it at all and thought it was heavy handed and a bit intrusive.

I've had to use storage facilities many times. This was by far my best experience.

I went in today to start moving my stuff into my unit and I had an amazing experience. Manny was wonderful and made me feel welcomed the second I walked through those doors. Thank you Manny for helping me out today and making my experience smooth and easy.

If you need a storage unit I highly recommend stopping by here! Amazing customer service!! I typically wouldn’t waist my time with a review but this one is sooo worth it. All thanks to Ashley for making this a stress free experience. What Ashley didn’t know is I’ve had 3 sleepless night in an out the hospital with my dad , and in the midst of it all I was moving to a new apartment and needed to put some stuff in storage. I honestly cannot express how satisfied I am with my experience. Ashley, made everything super simple, and was super helpful and patient. Honestly I walked in on a Sunday at 3:54pm fully aware that they’re closing in 6 min. I rushed over from the hospital hoping to get lucky yet pretty anxious that I won’t be helped since it’s last minute. Ashley happily greeted me and helped me through the entire process. The system was a little behind and my confirmation email didn’t come in and it was about 4:30. Ashley gave me a temporary code so that I’m able to load stuff that same Sunday which was a great help!!! I’m telling you this girl is amazing! She even took the time out to show me the units like I asked although it was already closing time. She smiled and patiently helped me past operating hours. I’ve rented a few storage units before but never has had such a great experience!! Ashley if you happen to be reading this I want to thank you again for being such a pleasant helpful person!!
