This is my first time with this storage company, and the welcome my wife and i got from the young lady at the desk was beautiful. Very pleasant and helpful.

I have just moved my stuff to Storage Post on Grand Ave from Treasure Island on Tillary st because they are closing permenantly. I am very happy with this move because Storage Post is a hidden gem, this is my first time to know about Storage Post.I had a great experience from booking my room by phone until I moved in. Now I love everything about Storage Post specially the nice and friendly staff not to mention their fully automated services accessing the building to paying your monthly bill online. Forgot to mention the sqweeky clean building and storage rooms.

Very easy to book online. The staff was very helpful on arrival and throughout the process. The facilities are very easy to use.

I cannot recommend this facility enough. Not only was it organized, clean and easy, but we were treated with the greatest of care by a very personable staff. We worked with 3 individuals at this location - all of which were stellar. Extremely easy process for getting all of our items out of our van and into a storage unit. The staff helped us pick the right size for our needs, and I appreciated them providing options without pressure. Huge shout out to all the staff there (Carmen and team!!) So grateful for all the help and kindness.

The facility is clean, well-maintained, and provides peace of mind. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Moved here from public storage. Staff at Public was cool but the company is not. Gets you in then jacks up your rent in 6 months. After 2 years rent was almost double. Carts sucked, elevators smaller etc... Everything about storage post is better. Everything. From the sales person, to the manager, the staff, the facility. Customer service is stellar here. Couldn’t recommend more.
