I went in looking to rent a unit beginning the next day. I was immediately greeted and assisted by Antonio. He showed me the unit, answered my questions, and I was signed & out the door 20 minutes later. I rented a unit at Uhaul (right next door) a year ago so I had a good comparison. Storage Post is significantly newer, slightly cheaper, and Antonio is more personable & efficient than 99% of UHaul staff. Highly recommend. I hope the managers give Antonio a raise because he is the type of employee that people-businesses need.

My interaction with Hassan Lashley is commendable. He exhibited professionalism, courtesy & efficiency. Excellent customer service is key to maintaining good business relations & a competitive advantage. Hassan exemplified excellence in customer relations. I would recommend Storage Post because of this experience.

The young lady at the desk was very customer friendly, she explained everything in full detail. Her demeanor was very professional. She made me feel very comfortable . Even as I was expressing my concerns she was able to assure me that my belongings will be safe .

Friendly staff, clean place. Price reasonable. They offer month to month compared to other places, that require a minimum of 3 months. If you no longer need the place 10 day advance, notice you are moving out...

For starters let me say this is the 1st storage spot I seen with a clean bathroom even smells good ??. I accompanied my mom who rented a unit there and I have to say Liz was so nice and thorough and she even spoke Spanish which was a plus. She made sure my mom understood everything. Its nice to go somewhere and you get treated nicely.. Got to say gd job storage post and thanks Liz you're awesome, continue to be nice
