Lavona was spectacular ! She exceeded my expectations of customer service. Coming in she was cleaning and still was very attentive to me. She assured me she would be right with me. She showed me around gave me a tour of units until I found “the one” and she won me ! We’re residents of city island which isn’t far from pelham we talked about some great food spots and she just had such a great personality and this aura about her! We both are aquarius and we laughed about that. She’s a great manager and representative for storage post company. Thanks sweetie !

The experience I have so far is fantastic the place is clean, well ventilated, with elevators to get to your units, and enough parking for easy access, manny is the boom very helpful and courteous, I would recommend this storage for anyone

Ozzie was great. Very knowledge of pricing and policy. Showed me everything, like accessing the premises and also making sure it works with all gate access. Ask for Ozzie. He is that guy!
