I came into storage post after making a quick break stop from driving my bus and I thought let me inquire about a unit for my mother just to see if prices went up or down because I’ve rented here years ago. I met a nice girl name lavona who said she was the manager here, she showed me around and won me over to rent a unit with her personality and great smile and customer service skills. The building is kept very clean and after seeing 2 different sizes I chose one that fits my mothers needs perfectly ! & that’s all thanks to lavona ! We have a family member moving to New York and I would love to recommend him to storage post ! Thank you lavona for keeping my hope alive for excellent customer service !

A great rental experience. Facility is brand new with a good location and before/after office-hours access to the rental units. Manny was very helpful throughout the process which was quick and easy. He has a great attitude and is very knowledgeable about the facility. Manny, "like the boxer," can't be beat!

I moved into a unit with my daughters at Fordham yesterday. Good Pricing and Great service. The manager Mr. Salcedo and Lady were great! Place looked very clean and The bathroom looked better than my own at home! They were friendly and bilingual too! It got busy at one point but handled it nicely and they still made it go by fast and easy for me. They gave us all info we needed and helped us get the unit we really wanted! ! I wish I can give 6 stars!

Pleased, satisfied & gracious is an understatement, Manny is truly remarkable person. He really is the best person I ever dealt with when it comes to customer service and genuinely caring for what does for customers passionately. He keeps this place clean and the energy he gives off is uplifting. The access hours, alot of security cameras, spacious loading docks, along of elevators, love the kiosk outside and I love the intercom and of course the prices. Thank k you Manny and tha k you storage post.
