it is a great facility so far. the ac works ! clean and everything works. I have been primarily dealing with Manny who was incredibly helpful from the first moment, knowledgable and very efficient and he was actually listening and gave perfect answers. two notes : - you should post the lunchtime as part of the schedule - the different doorhighgts are very inconsistent , the main entrance very low, the elevator higher, but not very deep. the storage doora are low but wide , that helps:)

Quick and easy. Manny killed it! He was a huge help, knew exactly what I needed for my situation and kept it real. Found me a spot in minutes and had me all set up just a few short minutes later!

I have to say I had the best customer service experience with Shawn at Storage Post, she knew the storage size I needed and she asked me if I needed moving supplies that they offer. I appreciate that! Super quick and easy!

Best Storage Facility in New Rochelle. I Have been a Storage post customer in New Rochelle for 2+ years now, and it has been a hassle free experience since the first day that I stepped through their doors. The service has always been great. You are treated like family, and the employees all try to accomodate you as much as possible. One of the services that I value the most is that they accept my deliveries from UPS. I like to do a lot of online shopping(That's how I found storage post), and I am never home to take the delivery. It was very cool to know that I could have them shipped to the storage facilaty. It is hard to trust people with your belongings but if there is any one that I would recommend to store your things with it is Storage Post of New Rochelle.

With my past experiences with storages being horrible, I am very trusting after her reassurance that I am in good hands. I love her concern for your items as if they were her own.
