Had a bad experience with being transferred over from an old facility but Tyrone and Les in the front office made the process much easier and fixed all the discrepancies I had! 10/10 customer service from those 2 Thank you guys for the help.

Just wanted to take a minute to acknowledge Manny at the Storage Post on 600 Richmond Terrace Staten Island, NY location. He got me ALL the information I needed AND got me in & out quickly! If you need storage and this facility is in your neighborhood definitely give them a try, oh and ask for Manny!!!

They worked with me & were patient. From the call center rep Larry to Nychelle. Nychelle made sure I chose the right unit, was within my budget and easily accessible. I really appreciate these guys they made a hard transition easy .

Manny was very helpful and friendly. He knew exactly what I needed in a unit and showed me the perfect one. The place is nice and beautifully clean and I love the security. It is in a great location and an all and all great place to store your belongings.
