Hello All I would just like to inform you that the customer service at Storage Post is excellent. The facility is always clean and safe And access to facility is reasonable Manny the representative there is always very helpful. He is friendly,pleasant and answers all my questions .

( Unit 317) I came to the New Rochelle storage post on Saturday first and foremost there was so much commotion going on and the young lady Ashley handle it so well !!!! I actually offered to buy her lunch because I felt so bad for her LOL she gave us a small tour showed us how to access the building after hours in detail , the facility smelled so clean and looked clean as well !! I definitely would recommend this location!! Thank you Ashley !!

Came here today for the first time to rent a storage unit and was greeted by an associate named Jawad. He was very informative and knowledgeable of what they had available and what might fit my needs best. He took us on a quick tour to showcase the unit sizes. I quickly figured out what suited me best. The overall process was quick and hassle free thanks to the professionalism displayed by Jawad. Will definitely spread the good word about my experience at the facility

I had this same storage unit for almost 5 years when I moved into a permanent location in coop city. I had my parents furniture as well as my furniture from way before. Tons of documents and rugs and other things. I had no trouble at all with the unit. I used their carts to move things in and out. I liked the closeness of my health club near by. Safe and pleasant!
