Through New York Cares, I came across your location as a drop off site to take in my coat to give to someone in need. i called Storage Post and was connected to the District Manager. It was confirmed that your location does participate. Your location is secure, i had to get buzzed in and the office is clean and spacious. The New York Cares donation box was visible and the worker there was very nice. I also noticed a donation box for Toys for Tots too. Overall, it was a quick and easy experience.

The company itself I'd give 3 stars due to the outrageous late payment penalties and the conditions of premises itself. That said I've been a long time customer and have been happier in the past. Nevertheless, if it were not for Alex and Lizette, I would most likely refrain from doing business with this company. That's my two cents. Here's a nickel, keep the change.

The young man Angel is true to his name he is truly an Angel. I have problems walking & standing so he often offers me a chair which eases my leg & back pain. Today he was especially helpful to me. Angel is very professional friendly and most importantly polite and respectful. I am a longtime customer & the workers here are all friendly but Angel is special. As a Certified Social Worker I see much talent and potential in this young man. He should not be overlooked because he has much more to offer your organization. He is special and truly deserves a promotion or a raise. Thank you.
