Manny was amazing he saved me so much compared to others. the facility is super clean carts are always available and the yankee package is cool but I didn't need it

My old review is below, but I wanted to add an update. I still love this place. The customer service is always amazing. Anna is AMAZING!!! She is truly a gem of a person. So helpful, so kind, so knowledgeable, such a lovely personality. I recommend this place to everyone. Great place to store your belongings. Manny is great as is the rest of the staff. The place is always clean, the temperature is comfortable, I love the fact that you have to enter your passcode to enter the building. There are cameras everywhere, I feel like my items are safe and I feel safe when I am there.

Manny was excellent when I needed to reserve and book another storage unit. He got me set up in minutes and when I forgot my new lock home, he took care of setting me up with a new lock with ease. Great facility and staff. I highly recommend them.

Let me just start out by saying wow. I was having one of the worst days ever as my movers were running late and I was in a rush because I had to be done at a certain time to pick up my kids from work but Kristian is a savior he was very informative and caring as he helped me calm down and actually got everything done pretty fast. It was wayyy easier than I’d thought it be. If you’re going to rent here look for Kristian.
