I cannot explain just how delightful it was to move my things into this storage. Shaday was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. I wish I remembered the name of the phone salesman, because even he made me feel taken care of and happy! I really dig this place! Just please dont raise my rent! ?????? I recently met Carlos the other day when renting out a parking space and I'm delighted to say that he is a funny and firm character. I enjoyed meeting him and very happy with his customer service as well. He and Shaday are great, knowledgeable and helpful people. Another great experience at SP! ??

Ian is amazing and carlos, carlos I met on initial visit and he was great , later I needed to do a transfer of my unit and Ian made it seamless. Great customer service in person and on phone Clean and safe facility Never any issue coming and going Great for business units

I agree with the first review. Great facility,great service and affordable storage. Definitely see Carlos he is great. He gave me a great deal on my storage unit and gave me the storage that I needed, he really runs a great operation. You wont find a better storage facility in the area.

In the midst of a property sale and planning an international move, finding the right storage facility was very important. The Grand Avenue location in Brooklyn is super close, has both large and Xtra large room sizes, and the 24 hour secured access is a really big plus!!! I have stored for years at other facilities, including Stop & Stor, Storage Fox, and Clutter, and none of the competitors could compare to the quality of customer service and concern provided by the Storage Post Grand Avenue staff. The manager (Ivan) and customer service rep (Chynna) took the personal time to show me several rooms on multiple floors, and had to qualms waiting on me to make a decision, as I had to do a double take before selecting the right room. They were so patient, and both took excellent care of me!!! The real icing on the cake, is the rates are really affordable, and the 24 hour secured access, is super perfect for night owls creatives like me!

I have the pleasure of renting at this facility and am truly impressed with the customer service that I've received to date. Jessica has gone above and beyond to help me find the right storage units (I was on a time crunch and needed a few units ASAP). Since then, I've recommended everyone in my family to store their things at this particular location. The facility is huge and has a loading dock in the back. Access is spot on at 6AM, which was amazing during my move. I'm not sure what else you can ask for in a storage facility. Clean units, amazing customer service, and easily accessible in the early morning and late evenings. Hope this review helps you with your choice of storage facilities in the East Williamsburg, Ridgewood, Glendale areas. P.S. If you refer a friend, there's a $50 credit in it for you.
