The facility is very clean and organized (my top priority). I booked my storage unit over the phone and when I arrived on my moving day everything was such an easy process. Also...my promotion, rate and payments were accurate with what I was told over the phone. Front desk person was very nice as well. Store here!

Carmen and Andy provided great service. They answered all my questions and gave me a thorough tour to get to my unit. Explained the use of the chat screen at the door, accessing elevators, and policies of the facility. Thank You Guys! Easy renting with you.

I've had storage here for about three months, no problems except for the back code box, couldn't get in thru there for like 2 days. Not a big deal, just a longer walk from the front. Other than that, the place is kept clean.

Great storage facility in Ridgewood! I rented a unit here for a few weeks while I was moving and it was the perfect solution. The staff was helpful and accommodating, and the unit was clean and well-maintained.
