I’ve been using this facility since I was 5 months pregnant (july 2024) and they have been nothing but great to me!! The customer service they provide is outstanding from all employees especially Randy, Tyrone, and Andrew!! These guys are extremely personable, helpful, respectful, empathetic people. They listen to your needs and go above & beyond to assist in any way to their abilities. These gentlemen have made my trips and/or phone calls to the storage post feel like light at the end of the tunnel every single time and lord knows times have been very hard. I am appreciative of these guys and their exceptional service truly!! Thank you!!

Good staff was great randi help me so much and was pleasent and he was more then help he showed me tge storage room we need more people like that helping others in storages places went to ither spit and they try to over charge me thank you randi so much

Manny was very welcoming, extremely knowledgeable and helpful choosing my storage unit. He is very respectful, courteous and has a wonderful sense of humor.
