I have had bad experiences with storage facilities, but storage post self storage on Fordham rd has changed my mind entirely about them. Not only is the location convenient for me it is clean and the staff wasn’t rude like most places I’ve been too. I dealt with a man named Kristian he eased all of my concerns and was very helpful. He was very patient and had excellent customer service skills. I highly recommend this facility.

Had an amazing experience with Manny the manager yesterday. He so kind and helped me throughout every step of my move-in. You can tell his kindness radiates onto the remaining staff as well, each individual who works at this location was such a joy to be around!
