( Unit 317) I came to the New Rochelle storage post on Saturday first and foremost there was so much commotion going on and the young lady Ashley handle it so well !!!! I actually offered to buy her lunch because I felt so bad for her LOL she gave us a small tour showed us how to access the building after hours in detail , the facility smelled so clean and looked clean as well !! I definitely would recommend this location!! Thank you Ashley !!

I have been storing my valuables, personables, and family heirlooms for decades. I have been with several storage facilities. I was with Extra Space Storage for a few years. After a few insane increases, as in, $206 for a 5x10... it was finally time to leave. I searched for a good location and a great price and landed at the doorsteps of Public Storage on Park Avenue in the Bronx. As the car pulled up, I said to myself...I have to find another one, because l this one is a bit out of the way. However...I walked in and two ladies greeted me, with all the professionalism and grace. Precious, and Angel. Their demeanor was so inviting, I decided to stay. Precious took her time and patiently escorted me to several units. We went from a 5x5, to a 5x10, to a couple of 7.5x10s, to a couple of 10x10s, and finally to a couple of 10x15s. The space I have in Extra Space, is a 5x10. One thing about Public Storage is that their units are wider than deeper... except for the 10x15, which was not my intended choice, but after seeing it... AND THIS UNIT HAS A LIGHT INSIDE...whaaaat? I was sold. The online sale price was $165, which changes daily. Precious sold me on the 10x15, instead of the 7.5x10. She's a great sales rep. She even allowed me to take photos of the units so I could compare and choose... l even took a few videos. She never rushed me, never hmm'd or hah'd, and never changed her sweet disposition. In conclusion, if you're looking for a storage space in the Bronx...having to travel a bit is well worth it...why? The prices are better here. The same 10x15 at the closer location nearest me was not the same $165.00 but a whopping, $326.00. Soooooooo... yeah. Hurry on down to Public Storage... reserve your space online, in order to receive a greater discounted price. Thank you, Precious. Thank you, Angel. I'm through now.

First and foremost I want to say the property was beyond clean! My husband and I went into the property looking for storage, not having any idea on how the whole process works, and thanks to a Ms. Ashley all of our doubts slowly melted as the process went along. One thing about us, we are BIG on customer service, that is a big factor when determining where we bring our business ! Her warming smile and aura sold us. We had a lot of questions, which she answered spot on, with out hesitation, she didn’t miss a beat. I could tell she was very knowledgeable on storage, and how to store our items, which put us to ease, because this is where we would be storing our personal belongings! After securing the unit, we went down to the office to sign our paperwork! First thing she did was show us the many different options when it came to protecting our items. She took her time and listened to us about what things were most important to us, and she showed us different items that would protect our things while they were in storage. As we went over the lease, she was very patient in explaining the sections, not making us feel like we were being forced to sign a contract. She really put us to ease with explaining to us that storage post was month to month . As we were leaving she stressed that we could always give her a call if we needed help or had any questions with anything. I just want to say we will be having a long term stay, and we will definitely be recommending this storage to all my friends and family .

I absolutely am very happy I chose this storage facility to put my belongings in. Not only is it very clean. The gentleman behind the counter in New Rochelle is absolutely amazing. He was very polite and friendly. He also was a tremendous help to me. I am handicap and he helped me push my cart. I am also very deadly afraid of elevators and the gentleman escorted me to my unit on the fourth floor. I forgot he’s name but I think it was Vector. He deserves a raise. Happy customer here. Will recommend it to everyone. Thank You.
