I got my unit rental online, finally got the storage today, and met Manny, the manager; what an experience. I picked this place because of its great reviews about the manager, and I see why he is excellent. He helped me change my unit because the one assigned to me wasn’t true to size, and I needed my full size as I rented. Manny took care of the unit transfer and explained the different items, including the price change from when I rented until today; my unit size went up in price. Again, his customer service skill was outstanding, and we need more people like him in the workplace. He was pleasant and easy to talk to, and it felt like I had known him for years. Thank you, Manny, for your help, and I will recommend this storage place to anyone. I can’t wait to visit again, to say to him.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and eager to assist. They took the time to show me around and help me select the perfect unit for my needs. The manager Ozzie forgive me if I misspelled his name was hands down the best manager of a storage facility that I have ever came across. He’s the Jalen Hurt of storage post. MVP. The facility itself is top-notch—clean, well-organized, and secure. I felt completely at ease knowing that my belongings are protected with their advanced security features, including 24/7 surveillance and gated access. Moving in was a breeze, thanks to the convenient loading docks and ample parking spaces available. I also appreciated the selection of packing supplies available on-site, which made it easy to grab everything I needed without any extra trips. What truly set Storage Post apart was the exceptional customer service. The team went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, answering all my questions and providing helpful tips on how to maximize my storage space. Not bad very professional clean environment very pleasant and easy

The gentlemen working when I registered as well as when I moved my items in was extremely patient and knowledgable about what would be the easiest way to store my items in which size unit. He sold me on a storage size that was a bit wider and that made it for a much easier move. The woman on the customer service line that originally signed me up was also very patient and thorough in her explanation of the terms of the rental and very kind and pleasant which made for a much more smooth process especially when packing and moving can be very stressful. I give the man at the storage unit 10 stars if I could. He was very patient and helpful. Thank you.
