I was greeted by Abraham who was incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. The place is clean, very well maintained and air conditioned! I felt that my items are safe. Very happy with my decision to use this storage location.

Romulus is the MAN!!! He took so much time to tour the faculty with me and show me the units that met my requirements, and he is SO NICE!!! Truly appreciate his customer service and helpfulness. Give this man a raise!!!!

Helpful staff and overall smooth experience. The elevator could be faster. I have two units, medium and small size range, and neither has any light inside so it’s hard see inside the units. They could increase the overall light conditions or provide battery operated lights you’d pick up from the front desk like picking up the carts. There could be a solution.
