My name is Andre Ross and I'm giving 5 stars for the exemplery service of Lizette last name unknown and Alex Uzhra who went above and beyond to help me navigate my way during a very dark time. The company itself I'd give 3 stars due to the outrageous late payment penalties and the conditions of premises itself. That said I've been a long time customer and have been happier in the past. Nevertheless, if it were not for Alex and Lizette, I would most likely refrain from doing business with this company. That's my two cents. Here's a nickel, keep the change.

The young man Angel is true to his name he is truly an Angel. I have problems walking & standing so he often offers me a chair which eases my leg & back pain. Today he was especially helpful to me. Angel is very professional friendly and most importantly polite and respectful. I am a longtime customer & the workers here are all friendly but Angel is special. As a Certified Social Worker I see much talent and potential in this young man. He should not be overlooked because he has much more to offer your organization. He is special and truly deserves a promotion or a raise. Thank you.

Jimmy was very helpful and so polite. This was my first time ever using a storage unit and he made the process easier. He made sure to answer all of my questions and any concerns I had. In the end I got the perfect storage unit for a great price. He’s a wonderful young man and knows exactly how to do his job.

( Unit 317) I came to the New Rochelle storage post on Saturday first and foremost there was so much commotion going on and the young lady Ashley handle it so well !!!! I actually offered to buy her lunch because I felt so bad for her LOL she gave us a small tour showed us how to access the building after hours in detail , the facility smelled so clean and looked clean as well !! I definitely would recommend this location!! Thank you Ashley !!
