Customer service is of great quality. Special thanks to Daniel and Portia for making this stressful experience a breeze. Booked a place the night before on the phone in a few minutes and when I went in the next day, Daniel was super thorough and nice. I had to rent a smaller unit as well as the large one I've been using as I had someone coming to help me move, organize & find things. My 1st choice was done over the phone & was wrong so I was able to change to a much better choice for my needs w/o any trouble. When I took my lock home to fix leaving my 1st unit unlocked they placed their own lock on it for security. I hadn"t worried as it seemed very well secured there but it was great that they did that. Employees are very pleasant people.
