Great location for Greenpoint and Williamsburg residents too. Really easy access units. Huge elevators. Plenty of loading docks and loading carts. Early and late access hours. Friendly, helpful and cooperative staff. Competitively priced units. One of the better storage locations in the Brooklyn/ Queens area. Highly recommended.

Dan help me a lot with the check in and showed me how the lock worked. He performed the customer service well . I am guadalupe a customer guest here he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Carlos was fantastic and super-helpful when we can to select a unit. The facility is really nice - clean, good lighting, easy access and they're open most holidays so it works with my schedule. Definitely a good choice
