I am very much pleased with manuelitos service, all of these reviews are beyond true and genuine, that Ive personally experienced first hand with Manny. your company needs to give him recognition that he deserves, he is very professional and explained Everything to the Tee, all of the security cameras, multiple elevators that I wont use lol because he got me great deal for two 10x20's on the 1st floor, I think the kiosk is amazing and the building is well kept, again thank you Manny mucho gusto.

Mánolo, really is truly a great individual, I came an hour early before office opened and he opened door for me and was able to tour me and tell me everything I needed to know, the cameras, 3 elevators, and the prices are great, the kiosk is convenient and awesome access hours. Manny really went above and beyond, he helped me create an email so that I can receive the proper electronic paper work for my records, this was my 2nd visit and he always keeps the place up to par. He gave me an awesome, personable, entertaining and professional tour of the building. He does a fine job of keeping it clean. The kiosk and call center is really cool and convenient. Manny was really awesome. He was happy to assist me. He was knowledgeable and professional. I came in under emergent circumstances and he took care of me. The facility was immaculate. Very clean and organized. I highly recommend them.

"Don't sleep on New Rochelle's Storage Post's District Managerial Staff" After having a frustrating experience (a few times) with my personal access code not granting me access to my unit (I was told it was a 'computer issue') and then not receiving a call back to my voicemails, this facility's District Manager, Alex Oates, came in and saved the day/helped rectify my situation. Mr. Oates was an attentive listener; hearing all of my concerns, asked to look into the issues and then expeditiously contacted me back with apologies and options for resolution. For this, Alex gets my A++ any day, he is a very professional and pleasant individual. Now, I hope his professionalism and promises remain true in the future at this New Rochelle location.
